With years of experience working with homeowners, property managers, vendors, and contractors, David saw firsthand how difficult it can be to keep property maintenance, communication, and service requests organized. Manage Orbit was created to simplify that process.

His goal is straightforward: give property managers an easier way to stay organized, communicate with trusted contractors, track work, and keep everything related to their properties in one place.

David brings a hands-on, real-world perspective to Manage Orbit, focusing on practical tools that make property management easier—not more complicated.

Kevin Sola is a Co-Founder of Manage Orbit, bringing extensive experience in business development, construction, utility operations, and contractor management to the platform.

Throughout his career, Kevin has worked closely with contractors, project teams, and clients, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges businesses face when trying to build reliable relationships, manage projects, communicate effectively, and find the right professionals for the job.

That experience helped shape the vision behind Manage Orbit: create one centralized platform where property managers and contractors can connect, communicate, manage projects, and build long-term professional relationships.

At Manage Orbit, Kevin focuses on business development, strategic partnerships, contractor and property management relationships, and the continued growth of the platform.

His goal is simple: make it easier for property managers to find dependable contractors—and easier for great contractors to grow their businesses.

Adrian Moya is a Co-Founder of Manage Orbit and the engineer behind the platform. A Miami-based software engineer with ten years of experience building web and mobile applications, he designs and builds the Manage Orbit website and app.

His focus is practical software: fast, reliable tools that work as well on a phone at a job site as on a desktop in the office, so property managers and contractors can get in, get what they need, and get back to work.

At Manage Orbit, Adrian leads product engineering across the public website and the signed-in dashboards, with a focus on security, reliability, and steady improvement.
